How hybrid coverage works

Photography and film are planned together from the start, not split between two separate crews. The approach stays documentary throughout: a smaller, less intrusive presence on the day, with intentional video capture built in around the moments that matter most.

In practice, that means key moments captured in both mediums where possible, documentary photography running through the day, and one consistent visual style across the finished photos and film. No need to coordinate separate suppliers, no two sets of instructions to give, one point of contact throughout. This is designed hybrid coverage from one coordinated creative approach, not two independent production crews working simultaneously.

What the day can cover

Coverage is shaped around your timeline, and typically includes moments across getting ready, ceremony, portraits, whānau and group moments, reception, and speeches and other key moments. Exactly which moments get photography, film, or both depends on your day's timing and what matters most to you. We'll talk it through before the day.

Drone

Drone coverage may be included where suitable, weather permitting and subject to location and airspace requirements. It is not a guaranteed inclusion, and not a separate paid add-on.
