Custom Product Production
From $2,500 + GST
For complex products, multiple locations, large ranges, campaigns, models, specialist lighting, substantial styling, or broader deliverables. Scoped and quoted before booking.
How it works
Small products can be sent or dropped off by arrangement. Larger pieces, lifestyle shots, or on-model work happen at the client's premises or another arranged location.
Product handling and prep
Products need to arrive clean, steamed, assembled, tagged correctly, and ready to shoot. Detailed preparation, wrinkle or thread removal, compositing, specialist retouching, and product rebuilding are additional work. Clients cover delivery and return shipping. iMediaNZ isn't responsible for courier loss or damage in transit.
Talent
Talent is client-supplied only at this stage. Dennis will work with whoever the client brings, but iMediaNZ isn't offering model casting or talent sourcing yet.

Turnaround and delivery
Photography-only packages deliver within 7 business days. Video or combined packages deliver within 10 business days, via private online gallery.
Travel, deposit, and usage
Travel within 25km of Cambridge is included. Beyond that, travel is $1 + GST per round-trip kilometre. A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due on delivery.
Use on the client's own website, ecommerce store, advertising, social media, and marketing is included. Resale, third-party licensing, or transferring the content to another brand isn't included unless agreed in writing.
