What can be covered
The exact coverage follows the whānau, the service and the tikanga of the place. It can include the venue before people arrive, gathering and arrival, selected speakers or waiata, the farewell, and natural moments between people.
This is a short tribute film, not a full-length recording of every part of the ceremony. Raw footage is not included.
Privacy and consent
The booking contact confirms that the family, venue and relevant service leaders have approved filming. Delivery is private by default. Nothing is posted, shared or used publicly without clear written permission from the family.
Whānau wishes, venue rules, tikanga and the guidance of the people leading the service always come before a shot.
Booking with care
Plans can change quickly
This service includes one free date or timing change, subject to availability. If you cancel before travel begins, your deposit is refunded less any work already completed or non-refundable costs. Once travel or filming has begun, the deposit is retained. The full details are in the Booking Terms.
